"I want to start by mentioning that the food portions are shrinking while prices are increasing. Today, I placed a takeout order and added extra chickpeas, as they're my daughter's favorite. However, when I got home, I discovered that the chickpeas were missing. I called the restaurant to request a refund to my card, but the woman on the phone refused. She suggested I either come to pick them up or wait until my next order, when she would give them to me. This meant I had to drive 10 miles back and forth.
When I arrived, I was frustrated because I had driven that distance only to end up with cold food. Additionally, I was given the smallest container of chickpeas for $5. The staff didn’t even make any effort to compensate for the inconvenience. I will not be returning to this restaurant again."
