"Service today was horrible. Adult plates arrived in a reasonable timeframe however child’s plate arrived 15 minutes later. We asked for one spoon and one server said no they didn’t have any then returned with 6 plastic sets which we kindly returned. Asked for the manager on duty 7/16 and he wouldn’t come over. Recommendation replace the manager because he can’t stand up and provide customer service. We are regulars at this location but needs a serious overhaul of management first and some staff. Service is the backbone. Finally a spoon that they didn’t have? Too late. 2nd request for manager and he’s afraid or refusing to talk with customer"
