if they like seafood, this place is quite good....the only thing that waits for her to eat takes some time, but also means that she cook it freshly.

There is something about this place that I can't quite put my finger on, but the food is amazing and reasonably priced. The customer service is also top-notch!

I don't understand why they would attempt to put a twist on the traditional Mexican shrimp cocktail. If something isn't broken, why try to change it?! Their version of this classic dish was a complete disaster. It was not...

This was my first time dining at Mambo Seafood, and the food was absolutely delicious! I’ll definitely be coming back. I highly recommend the mambo combo and the ceviche—you won’t regret it! Our meal arrived quickly, even during the busy lunch rush, so I strongly suggest giving this place a try.

Everyone truly enjoyed their meal. The mambo-style shrimp were as delicious as always, a dish that's hard to find in Houston. The spice was perfectly balanced, providing just the right kick. Overall the food is good, but beware of the children’s menu. The portion size was a joke. Looked like a 1/4 or less of a fish fillet. First seafood place like this where we see the kids plate be such a joke. We picked up the order to go so it was too late to order more food when we got home. One of my kids is 8 and the other one is 2 and it wasn’t even enough for the the 2 year old.Also, have to say my kids eat regular kid portions at restaurants, these were just extra small.

The food here is only average, but you wouldn't know it from the staff's arrogant attitude. They bumped into my wife several times without offering any apology or even saying "excuse me." When I asked a lady for a booster seat (in Spanish), she didn’t understand, so I ended up finding one myself. They even tried to charge us for an extra drink that we didn’t order. The music was so loud that the waitress couldn’t hear us from the next table. Overall, the place was extremely dirty. It reminded me why we stopped dining here in the first place.

We visited Mambo’s on Monday the 7th around 10 PM. After waiting for about 10 minutes for someone to take our drink order, a lady finally came over. However, she seemed to get upset when we said we needed two separate checks instead of one. She mentioned she would grab a notebook to take our order but then left and never returned. Frustrated, we decided to leave. The manager was polite and professional, trying to convince us to stay, but we chose to head to another Mambo’s about 10 minutes away. There, the service was much better, and we were well taken care of by our waitress. View menu
