For our meal, we tried the Bulgogi Ramen with Bone Broth, the Bulgogi Bento Box, and the Bulgogi Platter with vegetables. Every dish delivered that satisfying, home-cooked flavor. The bone broth was rich and full of umami, paired perfectly with fresh noodles and a soft, jammy egg. While the service was a bit slow, it’s understandable since the owners manage everything—from cooking and taking orders to bussing tables and handling inventory. They are friendly and hardworking, so patience is appreciated. Expect wait times of around 25-30 minutes before and after ordering. The atmosphere is cozy and intimate, adorned with Asian pop culture and anime decor. Though the space is clean, it does feel a bit cluttered. "The food here nice and spicy but in my last order, they made a mistake which made me to pay for what I could not even eat and had to trash the whole food. I ordered a vegetarian tofu ramen but in the ramen I got contained the chicken and eggs. I can’t eat meat so I had to throw the entire food. When I complained about this on ubereat, I didn’t get any response!! Now after waiting for over a week and having a bad experience, I am forced to leave a bad review here. Mistakes happen but you need to have them corrected. When I called them, I got a rude response. Why would I lie to you, you aren’t a great restaurant. The lady on the phone said I need to pay again for their mistake!! In what world you do that with your customers?? Shut your shop and go back home. Never gona order from here again."

"It pains me to write this review because I do really love the vegan fried rice here (one of the few gluten free and vegetarian options on the menu but on NUMEROUS occasions (seriously four or five times now we have either driven to the restaurant or ordered online only to be told they can't prepare our food because their burners are occupied. I understand that this is a small business, however, it's extremely frustrating to be refused service over and over again. I'm not sure if this is only an issue with the vegan fried rice dish or not, but if that is the case you shouldn't advertise vegan/gf food on your menu that you're unable or unprepared to make on a regular basis. It makes absolutely zero sense to advertise a dish on your menu and then turn your paying customers away....but that's just my personal opinion. For this reason my family and I will sadly no longer be spending our money at this establishment because we dont wish to have our time wasted repeatedly anymore :"

"Two stars because I'm sure they actually are a pretty good place to eat, the service was very nice. The server great. However they have a new advertisement outside there restaurant stating that they have Gluten Free noodles. However for our celiac friends. This does not mean that the dish that they serve are entirely Gluten free. Which is overall a health issue for those who cannot consume it. Hopefully in the future they can have an entire dish or couple which would be great that is GF."

"The tonkotsu ramen was outstanding. I highly recommend ordering extra broth because the regular portion is good, but the flavor is so amazing that you'll want to savor every drop. The pork bao was tasty, though I personally prefer shredded pork. The Thai tea was delightful, and the boba was delicious. Overall, it was money well spent."

"I initially wanted to give this place just 1 star because my order was wrong. The eel was raw, and I didn't receive my wonton chip, toboki, masago, or scallion. Despite these mix-ups, the food was still incredibly tasty! I’d rate it 3.5 stars, but since I’m rounding, I’ll give it 4 stars. Actually, you know what? I'm going to give it 5 stars since 4 rounds up to 5!"

"I was quite disappointed with the food. The pork cutlets were overcooked on the outside, and the Tonkatsu sauce was something I could easily make myself. The rest of the dishes didn’t impress me either; I could have purchased the ingredients and prepared them at home, as I consider myself a good cook. This was my first visit, and unfortunately, I won’t be coming back or bringing family and friends, as I usually do when I find a good place. I was really looking forward to dining here, but I can't recommend it. I always try to stay positive about my experiences, but I have to be honest: the food just wasn't good."

"For years, I've been drawn to this place for its fantastic fresh beer and the best beer tour in town. However, the food has always been a disappointment—poorly executed and just not good. Today, I had a Buffalo burger that was overcooked and dry. I ended up discarding the oversized white flour ciabatta bun and only eating part of the burger. The house salad was more complex than usual, but still not very large. We were aware of a major North County company that held events here, and we had warned them about the food quality, but we wanted to experience it ourselves. I really hope they focus on improving taste and texture rather than trying to impress with unusual choices. I like the Stone Brewing company, so I’ll give it another try."

"Tried calling 3X, no answer. (Tried to place a takeout order). Figured it was busy. Arrived to find them in back talking. Not a busy place. Ok, so ordered the miso ramen. Asked for noodles on the side. She said they are. I said on their own? She said yes. I received my order. Noodles not on the side. I told her I can’t eat the noodles. I need them on the side. I was giving them to someone else on our order to eat. She went back with it. Scraped the topping off the noodles and brought it back to me. I could have done that- there were now toppings mixed in the noodles I have to fish out. She was not concerned about it being right. She just wanted me gone. I have come here a lot over the past couple years. I think I’ll look for another ramen place after this. 70$ for 4 soups and a gyoza, there should have been a little more to the service in my opinion. Last time, they forgot the pork cutlets in it. This was my visit. Hope yours is better."

"The reviews are correct! Their ramen is good! I ordered the seafood Paitan ramen and at first I was hesitating because it was kinda expensive $23 but I still went ahead and ordered it. The ramen is packed with seafood I didn't even want my husband to taste it and I still have leftovers! I love it! The resto is small has limited seating. We sat outside but the table was wobbly. Their service needs improvement. Taking orders is slow and I also got my food like 20 min. Overall I would recommend this place"

"I was really looking forward to trying their ramen after seeing some pictures online, but I wish I had paid more attention to the negative reviews. The broth lacked flavor, and the pork belly tasted off, so I couldn't bring myself to eat more after the first bite. The octopus balls were mostly rice or some sort of filler, with just a few chewy pieces of octopus mixed in. They looked appealing but were disappointing in taste. Overall, it was a letdown."
