I tried to stop her to place our food order, but she said, "Just a moment, I'll be right back." Another 20 minutes passed before she finally returned, and we placed our orders. After 30 more minutes, she was serving food to customers who had been seated after us. I ended up speaking with the manager and decided to leave.
