"The service was virtually nonexistent. We waited over an hour and a half for our food, and during that time, the waitress visited our table three times. The first time was after 20 minutes; we ordered a round of beers, which she brought back 20 minutes later. I tried to stop her to place our food order, but she said, "Just a moment, I'll be right back." Another 20 minutes passed before she finally returned, and we placed our orders. After 30 more minutes, she was serving food to customers who had been seated after us. I ended up speaking with the manager and decided to leave. Thanks for the free beer, but you really need to improve your management skills."
