"My family and I dined at Docs the other night, and the food was fantastic, with great service to match. Unfortunately, we encountered a manager, whom I believe was named Joe, who was very rude and dismissive towards my wife and me. Because of this experience with the manager, we won’t be returning, which is unfortunate since we had otherwise enjoyed our time there. I hope upper management can address this issue."

"I came with 2 staff in Taco Cabana... We were the only 3 customers in the restaurant. There was no greeting from the employee who worked the counter... almost a battle of will who would say hello, me or her.... Well, it was me. A simple hi how many I would help you today would have been enough... the spice bar was empty as if we were in the middle of COVID... If you wanted Salsa or Pico, you had to ask the cashier and she would get it behind the counter. We received numbered order cards and we sat at a table through a window. When our food was ready, our numbers were called and we had to come to the counter to get our food.... when we were the only ones in the restaurant, it was too much effort to bring us the food? What was the purpose of the numbered table tent tables? The food was best mediocre, but the overwhelming tone of the visit was the obvious indifference of the staff.... totally could take care less that we were even there. This brings the visit together. All three said we were never back."

"We went about 4:45 PM on a Tuesday, just before it started to fill up with the early dinner crowd. Tea, chips, hot sauce, and entrees were all extremely good!!! I had the Isaiah Chile Relleno which is stuffed as full as possible with cheese and brisket!!! My lady friend had the grilled chicken and avocado salad. The presentation was exquisite, and she ate the whole salad which is unusual as she never eats all her food. The food was priced about the same, maybe a little less than the chain Cafe Tortilla Factory on 50th, and unlike the chain place where you wait on yourself, we were waited on like a king and queen by our sweet waitress!!! If you want good food, good service, and a reasonable price, you need to visit Anna's Mexican Restaurant!!! We will be back and will bring some folks with us next time!!!"

"Last Friday we went 7/22/2022 for dinner on the way to El Paso. It was the 7870 N Mesa. It was terrible, the floor was dirty and all the tables, one more was clean. I didn't notice until we ordered our food. The area where you get your drinks and the utensils and straws was all dirty. I approached one of the staff in front and had to say it a few times because she seemed to ignore me. An elderly lady came out and I asked her why every single table was dirty, she said she would be cleaned until the next crew members would come. We ate our meal and no one ever showed up to cleanse. It was so bad that I asked for the broom. But I'm handicap and I couldn't. I had the heart to do what I had to do. I'm ashamed to call myself a manager at this place if I couldn't keep it clean for the customers. There is no pride on this staff. I'll call companies. I never do that, but I think the top management must be aware. That was one of my favorite places to eat. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed and will not come back."

"Food was great but customer service was terrible. Me and my husband went in the drive thru and the lady that took our order was not comprehending on what we wanted. We had to repeat our order multiple times. When we finally got our order 30 mins later, it was the wrong order. So we went inside spoke w the manager on duty and explained our order was wrong and again she had trouble at first understanding what we wanted. How hard is it to understand two numbers 3's w soft tacos not hard and two sweet teas?? Seriously"
