"Food was great but customer service was terrible. Me and my husband went in the drive thru and the lady that took our order was not comprehending on what we wanted. We had to repeat our order multiple times. When we finally got our order 30 mins later, it was the wrong order. So we went inside spoke w the manager on duty and explained our order was wrong and again she had trouble at first understanding what we wanted. How hard is it to understand two numbers 3's w soft tacos not hard and two sweet teas?? Seriously"

I ordered Chicken Fajita Quesadillas and they came without chicken... not sure how they could mess that up.

Food was cold when I got it no peppers on my tacos that I paid for the steak was over cooked it tasted burnt the enchiladas where like rubber and the sugar cookies where like bricks

I don't know how this place has such critical reviews! Taco Cabana Ennis is the best one. Even though they seem to be extremely short-staffed, the employees are always so upbeat, friendly, and eager to make sure your order is right. I can't say I've ever had a bad meal here. Workers really love their job here. NOT. They always get the order wrong. Like not just a little wrong but completely different meals and orders. Just seems like this generation of young kids working are terrible workers and almost every fast food place is this way. Service was Sunday night may 22

My family loves Taco Cabana. But we were very unhappy with this experience in this place. This restaurant was very careless, the bathrooms were asleep, the dining area was dirty, and the staff was rude for us. In particular, a person turned out to us, the man who took our order was unfriendly and tried to order us with a certain language use. For example, not to use? Can I? The encounter was unneeded to say the least. Hopefully, this evaluation can help to improve this location in the future.
