"This place is complete trash!!! The Costumer Service here is the worst… coming in there are multiple employees standing around doing absolutely nothing. I waited at the counter for about 10 minutes for someone to finally take our order. We waited almost 30 minutes just to get a fajita bowl and 6 count flautas. The chips were stale and the salsa was basically water and the food was COLD! We were not the only people upset, multiple people were complaining and yet the employees proceeded to stand there and talk smack about the customers. I would rate this location a 0 if I could."

"This one was at far Mesa street almost getting to Donipan. Manager was not very friendly, his customer service ethics need a lot of improvement. The steak fajitas were lacking seasoning. The taste didn't come close to what I was used to. Paper towel dispenser was out of paper towels. Just was an over all disappointment. For $48 I should have gone to Texas Road house."

"My family loves taco cabana. But we were very unhappy with this experience at this location. This restaurant was very unsanitary, the bathrooms were unkept, the dining area was dirty, and the staff was rude to us. One person in particular stoodout to us, the man taking our order was unfriendly and tried to have us order with Specific language usage. For example, not touse ?Can I? when placing an order. The encounter was off putting to say the least. Hopefully this review can help this locationimprove in the future."
