"I typically do not write reviews, however the rudeness of the staff, the strand of hair baked into the cheese of my pizza, and how poorly made the pizza actually was, compelled me to do my due diligence, and write a review after I threw my food away. This is extremely bland pizza with sugary tomato sauce that is gross. Is it just the chain recipe that’s bad, or do these people not know how to make a good pie? Probably both! This “pizza” is made for the trash. Sbarro is located in the food court of Bridgewater Commons Mall. I do prefer quality pizza, so by comparison this isn’t good at all. If you compare Little Cesars or Domino’s to this location, Little Cesars and Domino’s are a much better choice if you’re seeking cheap fast food pizza. DiGiorno is even better. The dough is tough. It’s evident they truly do not know how to make pizza."

"I don’t know what has happened to this place, but I haven’t visited the mall in a while and decided to go with my wife and kids today. The staff was unprofessional and the overall cleanliness was lacking. I had to wait over 10 minutes for someone to come out from the back to greet me. The smell of marijuana was strong, and the food was incredibly dry. When I approached the register, the cashier was rude and seemed more interested in chatting with other employees than assisting customers. The entire experience was unprofessional, and the food tasted as if it had been sitting out for hours."

"I love this place but I am giving them 2 stars because of a GrubHub issue. I earned a perk discount with them after spending $100 and when I tried to use that perk that I earned the store rejected my order every time or said they didn't receive it. This happened 3 times. "It 's kind of like pizza... But we don 't eat here anymore after dealing with the manager on one of our last visits. The gentleman with the shaved head has always been there for as long as we can remember, we honestly thought he must have been theowners, and while he has taken our order in the past he has never been either overly happy or overly disgruntled...always just aguy doing his job. About a year ago we had gone in and he was absolutely unpleasant and almost seemed as if we were botheringhim by being there. Everyone has a bad day though so we kind of shrugged it off. Then about a month later, as we only get foodhere every now and again, we came in to order and in the middle of the order he abruptly just sighed and handed us off to ayounger employee while visibly seeming almost disgusted with having to wait for us to make choices! "I visited the restaurant with my family today, November 7, 2021, at 5:30 PM. Two young male employees—one with long, girl-like hair and the other tall and chubby with jerry curls—told us that the kitchen was closed and they could no longer make a large pizza. They were quite rude about it, and I was on the brink of confronting them! I asked for the manager, but they said he wasn’t there, though they mentioned his name was Pablo if I wanted to return another day to speak with him. If it's the Pablo I suspect, then he’s likely the reason these employees behave this way, as they seem to take their cues from him. The employee with the long hair said he wouldn't make a whole pizza because he was "done for the day" and ready to go home, yet he continued to assist customers for another 20 minutes, which seemed illogical. Their online website claims they’re open until 7 PM, so why wouldn’t they accommodate pizza orders? Instead, I ended up spending my money at Little Caesars on the way home, along with some stuffed cheesy bread from Domino’s, totaling about $30 that I had originally planned to spend at Sbarro. After experiencing this and reading other negative reviews, I’m seriously considering contacting the Better Business Bureau and the local news to raise awareness about this establishment. I saw another young woman after my experience ask for a large pizza, only to be turned away as well, and she ended up going to Charley’s Philly Steaks next door instead!"

I really enjoyed this one and would order it again if I had a craving for Sbarro. **Spaghetti and Meatballs:** 2.5/5 The noodles were very soft, but not overly mushy. I prefer softer pasta, so I found the texture acceptable, but I can see others finding it unappealing. The meatballs, on the other hand, were quite good—meaty and moist with a tender texture, though flavor-wise, they fall short compared to places like Olive Garden. Because the noodles are warmed in a water bath before serving, there was a soupy mess at the bottom of the bowl. The sauce leans towards the acidic side and has a texture similar to canned crushed tomatoes. While it's not a memorable flavor, it's surprisingly not diluted despite the extra pasta water. **Potatoes:** 2.5/5 This is another item not mentioned on Sbarro’s website, yet it always catches my eye at the steam table. If you’re in the mood for potatoes, these will satisfy that craving, but I still question why they offer potatoes as a side. **Breadstick:** 3/5 This came with my combo meal, and it was decent. A tad dry, but packed with the savory seasonings you'd expect from an Italian American restaurant."

I haven't been here in a while so I wanted to reaquant myself with the menu, however, when I asked what was in the broccoli and spinach stuffed slice, a female worker looked at me quiet rudely and said broccoli and spinach. Like I was an idiot for asking. Obviously there is broccoli and spinach, what about those sesame seeds on top, the clearly visible herbs, that mozerella with spots of creamy white stuff I can only assume is cream cheese because the staff is too busy to learn the menu properly. I can honestly say I was very offended and was glad I dont have any serious allergies to worry about. For a second I thought about asking them what's inside every menu item and then order nothing, but I have better things to do with my day. However management should look into this because they use ingredients that could set off allergic reaction and the company would be held liable, or simply because more people could write bad reviews about their staff or the annoyance of realizing you were not warned your Stromboli may contain whole pieces of garlic (which has happened to me on an occasion long ago, but at least I had known that sometimes you might come across a larger than average amount)"

They really need to retrain their staff or replace them. I did reach out to customer service, and all they said was, "Thanks for letting us know." Sbarro's customer service is all over the internet, but I would prefer a replacement for my large pizza. Yesterday, I walked by Sbarro at the Cool Springs Mall and decided to give it another try. I ordered a slice and a large pizza to go for $14, and it was much better! It was crispy, and the new staff were great—what a huge improvement! I've changed my rating from 1 star to 2 stars and will post a 5-star review while removing the old photos, as they no longer reflect the current quality of the product."
