"I love this place but I am giving them 2 stars because of a GrubHub issue. I earned a perk discount with them after spending $100 and when I tried to use that perk that I earned the store rejected my order every time or said they didn't receive it. This happened 3 times. I reported them to GrubHub. They have awesome strombolis and pizza, so definitely try if you are there. Just don't order because of a perk because they will cancel on you every time."

My favorite pizza in the world is at Sbarro in Carolina Place Mall! The fresh tomato sauce is made with real tomatoes and topped with a variety of delicious cheeses. The crust is simply perfect. Yum, yum! I love their cheese pizza!

The pizza is awesome and the service is fantastic! The owner John is extremely friendly. We had a Build A Bear party in this mall and ordered a few pies for the girls after. John was so accommodating and appreciative. I would highly recommend this Sbarro because John goes above and beyond for you! And the pizza is delicious too!

I visited this restaurant today, and I have to say that the owner, John, is one of the nicest people I've ever met. He has a fantastic team that really adds to the experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and made to feel like a regular customer. It’s refreshing to experience such excellent customer service. The stromboli I ordered was absolutely delicious!
