"When I ordered a combo, it was supposed to come with a side. But when I looked at the bins, they were all empty. When I asked about my options, one of the staff looked at me like I was crazy and said I could choose between salad or meatballs. The salad was just crumbs, and the meatballs looked days old—no thanks! I inquired if any of the other sides would be restocked soon, and in a rude manner, I was told, “Um, no, not on my shift!”
This was not what I expected. I used to come here at least twice a week, but now I think I’ll wait for some changes before returning. To the staff: remember that you chose this job; it would be great if you could show a little effort and take some pride in your appearance. I certainly wouldn’t treat customers this way, and I don’t think anyone expects to be treated poorly when they’re out to eat. Good luck!"
