"I'm giving this restaurant five stars because one thing that can't be taught or trained is exceptional customer service. Customer service is all about creating an experience, ideally a fantastic one. It requires being attentive, engaging, knowledgeable, and friendly. MOSES provided all of that for me and my son while I was doing a bit of retail therapy at Bay Plaza Mall today. I could see him smiling the entire time, even behind his mask. His energy was amazing! And, as always, my son loved the pepperoni pizza and breadsticks. Keep up the great work!!!"

Fantastic , shopping complex for biggest shops like Macy, staples, k mart , jc penny, PC Richard, plenty eateries, Chinese , Italian, and English foods . place to relax and shop for over 8 hrs. Big movie house. View menu

I really enjoy the pasta at this place. While most people recognize them for their pizza, their pasta and meatballs are excellent as well. Be sure to give them a try the next time you visit Sbarro. Plus, they're quite affordable!

This reflects a concerning trend in NYC, where it seems that those who share similar backgrounds or languages receive preferential treatment. The cashier's decision to charge different prices for the same order appears to show bias—offering a lower price for the Hispanic customer and a higher one for my non-Hispanic mother. To be fair, they should have charged both orders the same, either including the drink for both or excluding it for both.
