"Gross drippy water buckets all over the counters and floor. Service was absolutely the worse. Stood at the counter waiting to order while both employees chatted with a friend at the register blatantly ignoring me. Garbage is as garbage does I suppose. Sorry I gave this establishment a chance. Zero stars if possible!"

"I'm Italian American. I been going to Sbarro's at the mall for at least 35 years. The food was always delicious. But now apparently the fast food chain has a new owner. I ordered baked ziti with 2 meatballs. The meatballs were not seasoned like theyused to be in the past. The bake ziti were blanded. And the marinara sauce seemed like a red tomato sauce they threw over theziti. Sbarro's at the mall has cheapened their ingredients. I WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN! And, I WILL LET PEOPLE KNOW, TOO!"

"I usually enjoy Sbarro pizza, but my recent experience at the Bridgewater Mall was disappointing. The pizza wasn't heated properly, and I ended up having to eat cold slices. To make matters worse, I was shocked by the price—almost $10 for a single slice and a bottle of water! The staff seemed more focused on closing up shop than on serving customers well. If you're short on time, it's better to be upfront with your customers. My advice? Avoid Sbarro pizza close to closing time."

"As soon as we walked in we were harassed by an employee telling us we needed to have a receipt to use the bathroom, as though we couldn?t read the sign on the door. I was also asked to order at another location from where my partner had just ordered, sonot sure what the deal with that was. Another employee took the men?s room key away from me whilst I was waiting for my partnerto finish up in the women?s room; I was watching over our food to avoid it being left unattended. And was called a liar by thesame employee after being asked if I closed the bathroom door (which I did, just didn?t lock it, which was not asked of me). Bathrooms were absolutely disgusting on top of it. Pizza there isn?t even worth the $6.50 they want per slice. Hire betteremployees."

"I'm giving this restaurant five stars because one thing that can't be taught or trained is exceptional customer service. Customer service is all about creating an experience, ideally a fantastic one. It requires being attentive, engaging, knowledgeable, and friendly. MOSES provided all of that for me and my son while I was doing a bit of retail therapy at Bay Plaza Mall today. I could see him smiling the entire time, even behind his mask. His energy was amazing! And, as always, my son loved the pepperoni pizza and breadsticks. Keep up the great work!!!"

"I'm quite selective about my pizza, and I've become weary of trying various places only to be let down. That's why I've concluded that this is the ONLY restaurant I'll visit for pizza, and it's absolutely worth the trip. The Stromboli is excellent too. "I inquired about the new pizza chef at the restaurant and learned that his name is Sal. I was skeptical at first because the pizza there used to be mediocre, causing me to give up on the place years ago. However, I decided to give it another shot after witnessing Sal expertly toss the dough in the air behind the counter. His skills were impressive, and I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious the pizza was. It was so good that I believe Sal could easily open his own successful pizzeria. His talent truly transformed the taste of the pizza, and I would highly recommend it to others."

"Saw the boy at the counter drop my Stromboli- ask the girl at the register what to do. He then stashed it under the counter and then she picked it back up and gave it to me. I asked her to make a new one, she tried to give it to me cold. I asked her toheat it, then she told me to move. "I used to love their pizza but its changed so much and not worth the price any more. The pizza was ok but maybe it was old but that would honestly make it worse to me. The bread sticks didn't come with any marinara sauce so i had to go back and ask forsome. Well when i did the guy getting to orders ready was getting a big order ready so i asked if i needed to wait for him or ifi can just ask the cashier for sauce he told me i needed to wait for him while he got ready 9 individual slices of pizza, thecashier heard and since he was just waiting for the order he got my sauce and handed it to me for free. I just wish the saucemade the bread sticks taste better."
