"Disappointing experience! This was my final visit to Sbarro at Carolina Place Mall. My husband really enjoys their spaghetti, but after today, we won't be returning. He ordered a small spaghetti and a tea, only to be informed by José that they no longer serve tea and that a small spaghetti is unavailable. Instead, he said my husband would need to order a large spaghetti combo with a slice or a large drink. Since my husband can't drink soda and there’s no tea option anymore, he opted to go somewhere else. José and his team were unhelpful. It seems like it’s all about the money for Sbarro. What difference does it make to accommodate a small spaghetti for an adult or child? José claimed this was a corporate decision regarding the tea, which is simply unacceptable!"
