I have been to this restaurant several times and have ordered the spinach Stromboli each time. Unfortunately, both times the Stromboli was served cold even though it was supposed to be heated in the oven. In addition, the ziti I ordered was lacking in flavor. View menu

Despite some negative feedback, I have dined at this restaurant multiple times and have always had a great experience. The staff is consistently friendly and the food is consistently delicious. I particularly love the crispy and flavorful three-meat stromboli.

I like Sbarro’s pizza, but every single one of the employees are rude and disrespectful. Most of the time the roasted potatoes and the pizza are burnt. It’s like any of the employee don’t want to work at all or put in any effort that is required at the work place.

You just can't emphasize enough how disrespectful and unprofessional the owner of this place is. Treats his customers with utter contempt. When I tried to tell him how his bad attitude would affect his business negatively, he actually tried to stare me down with some fake tough guy routine. We haven’t been in the NWA mall in several years. We were pleasantly surprised at Sbarro. The cleanliness and presentation is what drew us to this restaurant. Not to mention the ladies behind the counter being so kind and friendly. We ordered the cheese pizza, Cesar salad and the tomato cucumber salads. Everything was fresh and so tasty! Highly recommended!

Terrible service at this location. Normally Sbarro is spectacular. DO NOT ORDER full sized pizzas. They don't have the ingredients to actually make them, they just have slices, but their website will let you order it. They will attempt to fashion a weird pizza out of breadstick dough and pasta sauce but it is not what you are thinking. This happened to me, I reached out to management and they have ignored me.

We got there around 11 am, saw a 3 trades of pizza ready, the lady was busy on phone, came and said it wasn't ready. I was only wanting to order 1 slice. We waited around 20 mins, she did get more stuff out, other customers standing around waiting and no one has been helped. Why say open at 10am or 11am and not be ready to serve customers? We decided to not order as it seems too much of a hassle for the workers. View menu
