"The staff was extremely rude during my visit. I received a birthday coupon through the rewards program and thought it would be a good opportunity to use it. The coupon stated that I needed to purchase a drink to get a free slice of pizza. I showed the coupon with no issues, and the employee went to retrieve it. However, when I attempted to order the drink, the woman at the counter—who seemed to be a shift leader or manager—said, "You're going to pay for that," with a condescending attitude, as if I wasn't already aware I had to pay. After I made my payment, she rudely instructed me to "move to the side." It was a terrible first experience, and I wouldn’t recommend this place."
