"I've dined at a few Ezell's locations around the greater Seattle area, and my experience has been quite consistent. The staff is incredibly friendly and cheerful, and the food offers good value with generous portion sizes, although the quality could be improved a bit. The standout items here are definitely the sides, particularly the Cajun fries, rolls, and mashed potatoes. The chicken tenders can be a bit on the dry side, but considering the size and quantity for the price, I can't be too critical. Fortunately, the regular bone-in chicken pieces are more moist, so it seems the dryness is specific to the tenders. Dipping sauces are crucial for enhancing the tenders (I personally enjoy the spicy ranch combo). The rolls serve as a nice palate cleanser for the spicier dishes; the spice is a slow burn with a lot of paprika, offering a very dry, peppery flavor that I really like. It pairs well with a flavorful, sweet drink. If I could suggest one improvement, it would be to make the tenders a bit more moist. Overall, if I'm looking for something hearty and affordable, this place is a favorite of mine. I'll definitely keep returning for the generous portions and sides! Thank you, Ezell's!"
