"I visited today and had an awful experience. First my order was wrong, so they had to bring it back. Then they brought the food back out clearly they left what wasn’t messed up on the tray so it was cold. Then when we got our blizzards an employee by the name Harsh did not flip them upside down so when we mentioned it he got very nasty. He rolled his eyes when my sister walked away saying that he had a line of people. Then a couple minutes later comes to the table and said he didn’t want to spill the blizzard (which was melted btw) on my sleeping child?? He was in his stroller on the side of the table... he was very argumentative and ruined my entire visit. I would not visit this location again."

"The charm of this classic location remains intact. Visiting this older establishment is always a pleasure. The food, prepared in the Brazier style, is hot and made fresh to order. The staff may be young, but they are polite and deliver excellent service! Treat yourself to some delicious burgers, fries, and shakes at this Dairy Queen. Fun fact: the bathroom doors are located outside, reminiscent of an old gas station."

"Gave them a try for the first time today and the Caramel Fudge Cheesecake Blizzard set the tone. Filled with so many flavors from the fudge to the perfect mixture of cheesecake with a twist. The burger was huge and packed with plenty of flavor in each bite however the tomato didn't cut it but the two cheeses made this burger great. Fries were good and fresh. Lastly I had the chicken tenders they were fried just right, didn't try any of the dipping sauces besides barbecue but it was a win in my book. Don't worry DQ I'll be back soon to try more of your menu definitely worth the visit if you've never had them."

"When we arrived, the drive-thru was incredibly busy, and we ordered three blizzards. It took quite a while for the cars in front of us to get their food. By the time we received our blizzards at the window, they were all melted. This explained why they didn’t turn them upside down – they were practically liquid when we got them, making a mess that forced us to take them home and refreeze them. I spent $15, and I expected much better service and product quality. If it’s that busy, they shouldn’t rush to serve ice cream, or at the very least, they should have cars waiting pull into a parking area. Additionally, there was an unpleasant smell in the drive-thru line, reminiscent of rotten wastewater, and the area behind the shop was dirty and poorly maintained. I have no intention of returning."

"We were here Sat. afternoon, went to the drive thru with 4 cars ahead of us. We waited 17 minutes for our order (2 cheese burgers and small fry) almost 6 minutes at the window waiting for our food! We were on the road passing through the area, so we weren't going back, but the burgers had no condiments, my wife could only eat a third of hers because it was burnt mine the bun was falling apart. The fries were ok, overall the food was POORLY PREPARED SERVICE SUCKED. Not that we will be in the area again, but I would not go there again, I imagine the food at the gas station nextdoor would be BETTER"

"Received good food and good service today! I ordered the chicken finger basket with gravy and honey mustard. Normally they forget one or the other when I go to the other locations. Not only did I get both this time but she made sure I had ketchup too, that I didn’t even ask for! The women working the window was very pleasant and made sure I received what I ordered, which something so small makes a difference! The food was fresh and hot, and I received a good amount of fries that other locations don’t give! The wait was kind of long in the drive through but it was worth the wait."

"I thought I had already written a review for this place, but I must have confused it with McDonald's. Anyway, the restaurant offers a variety of large ice creams, milkshakes, and various desserts. The sandwiches are really tasty; I tried the crispy chicken sandwich along with a chocolate milkshake, and both were excellent. The staff was very polite as well."

"This restaurant is by far the most dysfunctional in the entire Tri-Cities. This includes the establishments that have regular fights nightly. I guess i should explain. On two occasions i was picking up food orders, set to pick up at the restaurant. I arrived as the app recommended and informed the staff i was there to pick up my order.. Not only was my food not ready to go.. (After 15 minutes after the recommended pick up time but I could see portions of my order sitting under the heat lamps (They were two orders of Chicken strips and Fries with a side of gravy)...I understand businesses can get rushed and have to backburner some orders in order to expedite others. But when an order can be completed... by simply putting the food... into a bag.... and then handed to me or even set on the counter) and the staff instead would rather... gossip... play pranks... harass other employees... The worst of the bunch I think is the individual that I have deemed Glasses Ponytail She would be the one to not only simultaneously know about my order. but then continuingly ask what is missing.. I would answer my food GP would then go and ask about the food to the cooks/Ice cream makers.. and then get sided tracked and then start the cycle all over again. Eventually somehow thru the power of sheer will.. the food would then get into the bag.. but again GP would grab the bag.... and then just need to turn around and hand me the bag.. instead... gets distracted.. puts the bag back under the lamp and then goes elsewhere.And here is the kicker.. I said twice.. So not only did this Unprofessional behavior happen once... but it seems to be a Trend at this DQ Both Times GP was the Culprit. I will say the first time was worse. because During that event.. GP did the same as listed above.. but the unique act this time was.. She logged into the Cash Register.. Ordered some food.. paid for it.. Went to the kitchen.. Grabbed the food she ordered.. And then put HER FOOD into a bag, while mine sat under the lights STILL.. and then proceeded to log out and then leave for the day..Both occasions I have bit the bullet and just took the monetary LOSS due to the fact even when asking the employee about my food, i was never any closer to getting anything. So I guess in summary.. I just paid DQ $24.86.... To never eat there again.. FOR SHAME...."

"The reateruant was busy but they had 10 employees on staff.the manager was running around with a horrible additude (atleast appeared to be the manager,but had an ear bud in with a gray untucked shirt )while the other workers up front were trying to get the orders out.The 4 kitchen cooks were in the back dancing.The other issue was while sitting in the dinning room the manager ran past everyone and locked the dining room at 930pm ,then screams out we are not taking anymore orders . I understand bussiness doing stuff of this nature when they are short staffed,but wiih 10 employees,i dont understand the managers actions.The worse experience ive had at a restaurant."

"Not only was I verbally mistreated and falsely accused, but I also suggested wrapping napkins around the food to avoid contamination—something that a 36-year-old manager should have been able to figure out. She did not take the necessary steps to protect the health of the customers. These employees are handling people's food and money, yet they don't exercise proper hygiene. The manager did not find it necessary to implement additional safety measures, leaving customers to eat at their own risk. Code enforcement has offered similar advice, confirming that I was justified in my concerns after all."

"A touch pricey. The chicken tenders are more expensive than the burger which is already a bit pricey. In order of a cheeseburger, a 5 piece tender, and a small fry comes out to $16. If you add in Uber eats delivery that's an additional $10 approximately depending on how lazy you are that day. So for price I give it two and a half stars.As far as quality of food it's pretty good. Not too keen on the fries as they're the skinny fries. Only McDonald's can get away with those. The burger is good. My kids enjoy items from the rest of the menu.When using delivery that can vary from being super fast to being right on the estimated time.We've never had an item missing from a delivery or a pickup. They also have never been one to mistake an order. For instance, my son and I are very picky. I only get a cheeseburger plain, usually asking for fresh meat (in order to avoid the leather patties that have been sitting on the grill for hours). My son is even pickier than I and just either the chicken tenders or a plain hamburger no cheese no nothing.I've had to return food to Wendy's and McDonald's and other locations countless times because we would get a loaded cheeseburger instead of what we asked for. However when I think about it, and granted we don't go to Sonic often they have never screwed up an order once. No matter how odd or complicated they've always gotten it right.I've only ever used to drive through. So I cannot speak for the inside or do they have those drive up points outside like from the 50s? Or am I confusing it with something else. ? Anyway, we've never been inside or any place other the drive-thru, so that's all I can speak for.It's a repeater."

"I rated this restaurant a 3 out of 5 primarily because of the chili cheese dog. In the past, DQ had some of the best coney sauce around, but since they don't follow a national recipe anymore, the local DQs now lack that same flavor. While the chili cheese dog was topped with plenty of melted cheese, I suspect that this was just to mask the very small amount of chili sauce they added. I tried these a few months ago and thought it was just a one-time issue, but after this experience, I doubt I will order them again. On a positive note, the Mocha Oreo Blizzard was excellent, with the perfect hint of coffee that complemented the other flavors without being overpowering."
