"I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was lacking, the food was cold, and the lobby was not clean. I ordered two dinners: an enchilada and a tostada, placing my order at 6:40 PM. There was only one other customer ahead of me who also ordered two dinners. Unfortunately, my food didn’t arrive until 7:24 PM. When I got home, my fiancé discovered that his tostada was not prepared as requested; he had asked for extra onions and cilantro, but there were none. Additionally, we received only one mild sauce instead of hot sauce, which we specifically requested, and it would have been appropriate to have two sauces since we ordered two meals. While waiting in the lobby for our cold food, we noticed cobwebs in the corners and that only three out of six lights were functioning. The TV was also out of reception. I won’t be returning to this restaurant and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone."
