"Well, where do I begin? The atmosphere was lovely, but the service... not so much. We arrived for our 10:00 p.m. reservation at 9:40 p.m. out of respect for the establishment and other guests. The first staff member we encountered was very friendly and did his best to assist us, but he admitted he wasn't quite sure how to handle our reservation. We had paid for the reservation, which was half the cost of the actual bowling session, but they attempted to charge us again for a two-hour reservation. Then, the person he called over to help us completely confused the pricing, but thankfully the manager was able to sort it out, so that was one issue resolved. We then tried to place an order from the kitchen just five minutes after our reservation started, but after waiting 30 minutes, I inquired about ordering from the bar. I was told that a waiter would be assigned to us, but we never saw anyone until I asked again 20 minutes later. When the waitress, Briana, finally showed up, she handed me a menu and said, "I'll give you this, but the kitchen closes in two minutes." I handed it back and said, "This is pointless, but thanks," and walked away. I informed my party that we would have to wait to eat until after we left, even though we had intended to eat right when we arrived. When I raised this issue with the staff, I was told there was nothing they could do, but they were sorry. At $22 per person per hour, I would have expected a bit more professionalism and courtesy."
