Lucky Strike San Francisco

Too expensive to neglect their facilities this badly. Badly used bowling balls. Game froze repeatedly, at one point had to wait over 20 min before a technician would fix it. Just lazy.

Nice place but our lane didn’t really work and the bar was super slower. This was on a Saturday at ~3pm, they also don’t do the fun weird bowling animations for strikes spare and gutter balls

I've visited plenty of amazing bowling alleys, but this one is definitely my favorite. The atmosphere, location, and staff are all wonderful. It’s the ideal spot to relax before a Giants game! View menu

I absolutely love this place! It's such a fun spot, and our server Anthony was incredible—so friendly and efficient. He made our dining experience feel personal and attentive. I highly recommend it!

We absolutely loved it! During our visit from out of state, this was the perfect spot to enjoy some drinks and food. The drinks and burgers were fantastic. The staff and bartenders were incredibly friendly, and we received excellent service throughout our time there.

We had a work event at Lucky Strike and had an absolute blast. Bowling was great, the food and drinks were amazing, but the highlight was the staff. Specifically want to shout out to Jennifer, K, and Will for such amazing service. Not only were they friendly and helpful, but they returned my wallet to me that I had dropped. Terrible. Went for a company outing and didn't pay, but I'd be furious if I did. Both lanes we reserved didn't count right. One of them didn't count the 7 pin, so any strike or spare didn't register, the other lane randomly added pins you didn't even hit. When we complained they just shrugged and there was no resolution. Still paid full price, too. Lighting is super dim, and the balls got stuck all the time and you had to wait for someone to kick them loose. Food was very bad, too. Only saving grace is the wide variety of beers on tap.

I went there on my lunch and I ordered today at 9:03. I didn’t leave till 1030 and I didn’t order a complicated order in the store wasn’t busy. I ordered a quesadilla with impossible meat. They got my order wrong three times I tipped the man before my order was complete about $10 and there was no center urgency while they were taking my order. Nobody gave me any updates and my waiter didn’t even speak to me besides, what can I get you they brought me my order the first time with a check in the second time they ordered it with no meat at all and the third time they just left it on the table without communication I was late coming back from my lunch and I didn’t receive any accommodations. Well, where do I begin? The atmosphere was lovely, but the service... not so much. We arrived for our 10:00 p.m. reservation at 9:40 p.m. out of respect for the establishment and other guests. The first staff member we encountered was very friendly and did his best to assist us, but he admitted he wasn't quite sure how to handle our reservation. We had paid for the reservation, which was half the cost of the actual bowling session, but they attempted to charge us again for a two-hour reservation.
