"During my most recent visit, I ordered bibim naengmyun and tried the seafood tofu stew. Unfortunately, I noticed that a significant part of their menu was crossed out at that time. The tofu stew was just as I expected, but the bibim naengmyun was a bit of a letdown—it turned out to be plain naengmyun with just a couple of different types of kimchi on the side. I had never tried it before, but from what I've seen online, I was anticipating something a bit more elaborate. While the flavor was pleasant, it was somewhat one-dimensional.
We also arrived kind of early, around 4:50 PM, and even though they were supposed to be open, the restaurant was still closed. After giving them a call, they informed us that they would be opening in about 10 minutes, so we strolled around the block a couple of times before we were finally able to enjoy our meal."
