"I ordered pizza at 4:46 and was told it would be ready for pickup in 15 minutes. We arrived at 5:02, but instead of our order, they brought out 5-6 other orders first. When it reached 5:34 and we still hadn't received our pizza, I asked a staff member to check on it. He brought both pizzas out and apologized. Unfortunately, both pizzas were cold—it's no surprise since they'd been sitting there for over 20 minutes. I specifically requested that they pull both pizzas early from the oven because I'm tired of getting burnt Imo's pizza after making the trip home. To make matters worse, when I got home, the pizza was cold and burnt. I just want hot, cheesy pizza that isn't burnt—why is that so hard to achieve? I keep telling myself to try a different, better pizza chain, but we really like their pizza. However, after this being the fourth time I've asked for them to pull it early and still ending up with burnt pizza, I think I’m finally done for a while."
