Imo's Pizza - Menu

I really appreciate that we can order pizza for pickup instead of having to dine in.

I decided to give this restaurant a shot, so I placed a call at 5 PM and my order was ready in no time. The pizza was a little soggy and had very little crust, but it was still quite flavorful. Unfortunately, the wings were dry and tough; the sauce didn't manage to improve them. The staff I interacted with, including the girl on the phone and the guy at the window, seemed rather indifferent. I decided to try this restaurant since I had never been there before. I placed my order over the phone at 5 PM, and I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly they prepared it! The pizza was a bit soggy and had very little crust, but the flavor was decent. Unfortunately, the wings were quite dry and tough, and the sauce didn’t help much. The girl I spoke to and the guy at the pickup window both seemed disinterested. The man at the window appeared grumpy and gave the impression that he didn’t want to be there. Overall, I don’t think we’ll be back.

I won’t be going back after my conversation with the manager, Tim. The wings I received were boiled and still had a pinkish-red hue on the inside. When I called to discuss this, Tim insisted that the wings had been cooked twice and couldn’t possibly be undercooked. My husband ate there an hour later and confirmed that it wasn’t a food issue. Tim essentially accused me of lying, despite the fact that I've dined at Imo’s many times without a problem. His behavior was unacceptable; instead of apologizing and trying to address the issue, he chose to argue with me. I will never eat here again, and I suggest you think carefully before choosing to do so.

I visit Imo’s regularly, and this was my first negative experience. Instead of apologizing and trying to resolve the issue, Tim adopted a confrontational attitude. Ordered pizza at 4:46... was told it would be 15 mins for us to pick up. We pulled in at 5:02. They brought out 5-6 other orders before ours so I finally asked a worker to check on ours since it?s 5:34 and we have no pizza. He brought both out and said hewas sorry. Both pizzas cold (why wouldn?t they be they?ve been sitting there for an extra 20 minutes or more) plus I asked themto PULL both pizzas early from oven because I?m tired of ordering pizza and getting back all the way to my house and havingburnt Imo?s pizza. I get home with my cold pizza and it?s burnt, UGH ! ???? I just want hot, cheesy not burnt pizza, why is thatso hard to ask for. I keep telling myself I?m going to another, BET...

First of all I tried to do the right thing and tip the 15% .. But then I get slapped in the face ? because I specifically put in the notes do not ring the bell because we have a dog that goes absolutely wild with the doorbell? So guess what .. he rang the bell?I even asked him if he read the notes and showed him the ticket and he advised he did not read the notes? So much for my 15% ..
