"This was my first time visiting this Subway location, though I’ve been a Subway customer for many years. I have to say, I’ve never seen anyone like Patel behind the counter. His attention to detail and dedication to making sandwiches felt like an art form. I’m quite particular about my sandwiches, and he impressed me every step of the way.
I ordered a foot-long chicken bacon ranch on artisan bread and added marinara sauce. Patel applied just the right amount and even checked with me to see if it was enough. I requested pepper jack cheese and wanted it lightly toasted. For toppings, I chose spinach, bell peppers, a generous handful of black olives, and jalapeños. Patel arranged everything beautifully and efficiently, then finished it off with the chipotle southwestern sauce, applying just the right amount—not too much, not too little.
I enjoyed that sandwich more than any I’ve had before because you could tell there was genuine care put into making it. Great job, Patel! Additionally, the restaurant was clean, well-organized, and adhered to COVID-19 safety guidelines. I would give this experience five stars across the board, but honestly, it was easily worth a solid nine!"
