"We were here on vacation with another couple. We ordered wings and salad and they were fine. The other couple with us ordered a small the works pizza and a salad. While ordering they had added a cheese pizza and the works. They told them only the works. They got a printed receipt that stated clearly it was the works pizza. We were told 30 minute wait. After 30 minutes they showed up with a pepperoni pizza. We had to show the receipt to prove we ordered the works. We had offered to just eat the pepperoni because we were starving. When we got back to the counter to show the receipt they had already given the pepperoni to someone else and stated it would be ten minutes before the works pizza arrived. We had to go to the counter to pickup the pizza. We were eating in so it should have been delivered to the table. They had delivered all of the other eat in food. We requested some discount to compensate for the mixed up order and lengthy wait. We were offered a small bag of chips. Manager was very impersonal and not willing to admit they made a mistake. We wont be back."
