The pizza was awesome and minimal weight for food. Clean. Good customer service ???? Glad I found it. There are few stores still open. Looking forward to going back.

I really enjoy Papa Gino's. This specific location is always bustling, and the food, especially the pizza, is consistently delicious. The service is always top-notch. However, the restaurant could use some updates and renovations.

I haven't dined at this restaurant for some time. The food appeared to be of lower quality compared to my previous visits. The mozzarella sticks were smaller and not as flavorful as I remembered. However, the service was still quick and the staff were friendly.

not impressed! steak cheese sub, 2 slices cheese pizza. not even or should I say could not even eat this food. steak was cooked in a dirty grill. pizza looked old. will not return to this specific papa Gino’s! yes! total waste of money. under and pizza in müll broke out a jar when I sat in my hotel room. eating is at best subpar. not the quality I am used to at papa ginos. too expensive. broth sticks were not even cooked and seemed to be out of the microwave. the whole restaurant needs a deep clean. floors, tables are evil. absolutely horrified by the conditions of the man's room. dirty and grumpy. I had to mask myself because the smell was so cleanrid. I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like. I'm not gonna eat here again.

We tried the breadsticks and they were good, although I wish they were the ends as they were more like pizza crust than traditional breadsticks. The rest of the food was delicious. Unfortunately, the Fritten were not as good as expected. I ordered the steak and cheese sandwich with extra cheese and it was tasty, I would definitely order it again. My favorite dishes are the steak and cheese sandwich and the buffalo chicken macaroni and cheese. I used to enjoy going to this restaurant before the pandemic when they had an all-you-can-eat pizza/pasta deal for $4.99.

We were here on vacation with another couple. We ordered wings and salad and they were fine. The other couple with us ordered a small the works pizza and a salad. While ordering they had added a cheese pizza and the works. They told them only the works. They got a printed receipt that stated clearly it was the works pizza. We were told 30 minute wait. After 30 minutes they showed up with a pepperoni pizza. We had to show the receipt to prove we ordered the works. We had offered to just eat the pepperoni because we were starving.
