"Unfortunately, we placed an online order for pickup at 12. We arrived just before 12 and couldn’t find our order. After confirming, we were told it was still in the oven and to wait a few more minutes. Then a gentleman came in to pick up his online order, which happened to be the same as ours, and they mistakenly gave him our order. We ended up waiting an additional 10 minutes. However, they did offer our order free of charge, which was a nice gesture and demonstrated good customer service to make up for the mistake."
