"Today was an exceptional day, I decided to learn something new today and I made the choice to stop at Bonlife Coffee in Cleveland, TN. Pleasantly, I was greeted by 3 delightful young people who were graciously patient with a newcomer to coffee. Yes I'm over 50 and never drank a cup of coffee before today. I was nervous to ask questions about coffee that I did not know, I asked Cord if he would make a choice for me to try a coffee that he thought I would enjoy. He allowed me to describe taste that I did enjoy, hot chocolate, tea, etc. Well, he came up with my first cup of coffee and it was perfection. I could not have made a better choice, Annie Spencer also shared other information that would be useful to understand the Art of Coffee making.
