"Today was an exceptional day, I decided to learn something new today and I made the choice to stop at Bonlife Coffee in Cleveland, TN. Pleasantly, I was greeted by 3 delightful young people who were graciously patient with a newcomer to coffee. Yes I'm over 50 and never drank a cup of coffee before today. I was nervous to ask questions about coffee that I did not know, I asked Cord if he would make a choice for me to try a coffee that he thought I would enjoy. He allowed me to describe taste that I did enjoy, hot chocolate, tea, etc. Well, he came up with my first cup of coffee and it was perfection. I could not have made a better choice, Annie Spencer also shared other information that would be useful to understand the Art of Coffee making. I would encourage anyone who loves coffee or is not really sure about what is truly a special blend to stop and allow the fine people to delight your taste and enjoy the company. Any coffee shop that has 'in house ' roasting is going to have quality. Bonlife is no exception. Now, just if their coffee was stronger..... I French Press at home with the ratios of two table spoons of beans to six to eight ounces of water, which is quite strong for most pallets.

About once a week, I stop in Bon Life and stock up on beans for the week. I splurge on a vanilla bean latte while there, because they are just so Yummy! My go to bean is the Justice, they make amazing lattes and I also grab a bag or two of whatever else is on the counter, to try something new. Currently I'm digging the china beans and patiently awaiting the return of the Costa Rica beans they, so far are my all time fave). I'm not sure how I will make it 9 days w/o my Bon Life fix while on vacation, but they will definitely be my first stop when I get back home.
