My family has owned a camp in Pittsburg for 40 years, and my husband and I have enjoyed breakfast and lunch while passing through Whitefield many times—more than fifty, in fact! The harsh review I just encountered seems to come from individuals with ill intentions. I can confidently say that my family has never had a negative experience there. Never. While the service can be a bit slow, it’s always friendly, and the food has consistently been excellent. I find that the northern vibe encourages a more relaxed pace. Isn’t that why you’re here? Just take a deep breath, order a hot chocolate or coffee, and take a moment to unwind and chat. If you approach others with politeness and a smile, you might find that the world responds in kind!"
