"The sushis and omakase menu were really pretty good and interesting. Unfortunately the policy and management are really bad and spoil everything. We were given our seats at the sushi bar 20mn later than our reservation. As the policy is to have a 60mn experience, we were then rushed into the 17 sushis in less than 40mn, and were told literally 2 mn after the last dish that we had to leave our seats and would be given another table if we wanted dessert. We were me and my wife celebrating mother’s day and I really found this policy unacceptable and defying all the basics of hospitality. When I spend $250 for 2 people, I expect much better amd not having to move to another table to finish my meal woth a dessert. Particularly as we checked and no one, no reservation was coming after us. Pathetic policy, and the situation was very poorly managed by some unprepared amd junior staff. Very disappointing, all the more as the food was good and the chef was really skilled. Too bad, I wanted to like it but showing a guest out of their seat after only 40mn is just not acceptable service and ruined our dinner/experience."
