"I ordered the salmon sub, and it was absolutely delicious! Unfortunately, my fries were cold, which was a bit disappointing. I understand the staff were likely short-handed, as it seemed the woman working was alone. Despite the bells on the front door, I waited about 10 minutes before she finally came out from the back—where I assume she was cooking—to ask if I was there to pick up my order. There was no greeting or acknowledgment, and she didn't even say thank you. When I requested an email address to send this review for feedback, I was told there wasn't one. I recognize that many businesses are struggling to find good staff right now, but this level of service definitely needs improvement."
