"On my last two visits with my sons to enjoy their famous ice cream, we encountered a line that wrapped around the dining room, and not one of the 2-3 employees acknowledged the customers waiting. I understand the importance of timely delivery for online orders, but it seems they need to hire someone dedicated to handling those transactions. Alternatively, they could improve their time and resource management to ensure that in-person customers receive the attention they deserve.
During our last visit, we stood in line for over 45 minutes without making any progress. I finally reached my breaking point and left. Despite my love for Cold Stone Creamery's ice cream, I'm hesitant to return. They really need assistance from corporate or a more experienced management team; otherwise, this establishment may continue its downward spiral."
