"I was excited to try the salads at this restaurant, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The choices for toppings were limited, especially for vegan protein sources - only tofu was available, and you had to pay extra for it. This seemed ironic for a restaurant that claims to focus on sustainability and animal welfare. Additionally, I was surprised to find that you had to pay for dressings unless you wanted something as simple as balsamic vinegar. I ended up ordering a takeaway salad with mixed greens, wild rice, red cherry tomatoes (regular cherry tomatoes cost extra), basil and coriander leaves, baked tofu with lime juice, and balsamic vinegar. The salad was okay, but I didn't think it was worth the nearly $15 price tag. The website mentions that the menu is seasonal and may vary by location, so I may have just had an unlucky experience with the limited options and service provided."
