"I am a huge fan of Sweetgreen and have visited numerous locations throughout California. This particular location is definitely my favorite. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the ingredients are always fresh and perfectly prepared. As someone who works from home in a stressful job, this place is my go-to for a mid-day break that I look forward to daily. While all the staff are exceptional, I must give a special shoutout to Cobi. He is always cheerful, thoughtful, and has gone out of his way to memorize my custom salad and bowl orders. When I walk in, he knows my name and exactly what I want. I eat out frequently and have never experienced customer service like this. Cobi definitely deserves a raise! I also want to mention Johnny, who always has a big smile and cool style (love the hat!). Keep up the great work, Sweetgreen Hollywood! PS. I appreciate the diversity I see among the team."

"I recently visited sweetgreen for the first time based on a friend's recommendation. I ordered the Guacamole Greens salad, which came with roasted chicken, avocado, tomatoes, red onions, shredded cabbage, tortilla chips, spring mix, chopped romaine, a squeeze of lime, and a lime cilantro jalapeño vinaigrette. I opted to swap out the lettuce for kale within the same category, and I replaced the cabbage with another topping, though I can't recall which one I chose. I also tried a pre-packaged rosemary focaccia, which was quite tasty. I would definitely order this same meal again! Sonya was really helpful in guiding me through my first experience there. "Harvest Bowl chicken, sweet potatoes, apples, goat cheese, roasted almonds, wild rice, kale, balsamic vinaigrette 5! I am a sweetgreen harvest bowl disciple. It really is a wonderful meal that if I had to, I could eat every day and it would take a long time to get tired of it. It is well balanced, filling, healthy, and most importantly very, very tasty. Sweetgreen is slowly expanding out, and they have quite a few LA locations already. This one is on Sunset Blvd in Silver Lake. They have a small parking lot but it is very easy to miss. The people are friendly and helpful. The dining room area and attached patio are great and have a lot of people watching potential. Overall, as I try to move towards a healthier lifestyle, I am grateful for a place like sweetgreen, and I hope they continue to grow and succeed."

"I am OBSESSED. This was the first sweetgreen I've been to, so I don't have any context of how sweetgreens usually are, but judging by the other reviews, this one is particularly fantastic. I can't disagree. I work nearby, and last week I came here THREE times. The workers work fast are always nice, and the salads are always fresh. It's hard to justify a $13 salad but I can't say I can make a better one at home. My go to is the chicken pesto salad. The combination of the sour, savory pesto with the umami hot sauce is to die for, really. I'd really like to try other salads, but I feel like I'm perpetually craving the chicken pesto one. And I don't even LIKE spinach (or maybe I do now, because I like this salad so much)."

"I have been to this place at least 50 times, but mostly to get to-go orders for lunch. Some days it 's packed, some days are not. Some days the lines are long and tedious. It can be a chore especially if you 're with a bunch of customers who display or try to carry this attitude of as if they 're superior or something I just can 't be bothered to fathom. Hey, this is New York, we can 't possibly be generally looking similar or something. Don 't bother showing up, as you 're not certainly special. Leave that attitude in the toilet, if you will. "I used to like this place but is getting worse every time I order my lunch here. First of all the portions are getting smaller and they just fill your bowl with leaves, if you want to actually feel the taste to anything else besides the greens (and the dressing) you need to add double portion of those items. If you order online, the order is never ready on time. You will have to wait min. 10-15 extra. And lastly, they don’t respect the instructions in the order, I asked for light dressing mixed into the salad, and I’ve got so heavy dressing that I couldn’t even enjoy the salad because of the strong vinegar taste plus, my salad wasn’t mixed. Not the first time happening..I’ll give it two stars for the old days when they used to be good but honestly, they should better increase the prices than sacrificing the quality .. I really struggled to eat the last time I ordered here.."

"So place on order online and went to pick it up when they told me 30 min. I walk in. 5 workers, 2 other customers in the store. And yet my order is not being worked on. They are not even paying attention that I'm standing in front of their faces. Very poor customer support. And that's Sunday night at 9:30 pm. Guess that's how a franchise operates. "I stopped by Sweetgreen on a relaxed Sunday afternoon, looking for a change from my usual Chop't routine. The restaurant was empty and there was no line, making it easy to grab a quick meal on a busy weekend. I decided to try the Fish Taco warm bowl as my first time ordering from Sweetgreen’s menu. The preparation was fast and the server was friendly. Unfortunately, that’s about the extent of the positives. The greens and cabbage were pretty standard, offering nothing particularly special compared to other salad spots. The hot sauce and cilantro jalapeño vinaigrette did provide a much-needed burst of flavor. The biggest letdown was the tiny portion of roasted Steelhead—salmon’s sustainable counterpart—offered, which felt like only one to two ounces. Overall, the salad size was quite small when compared to other places, and without the quinoa, I doubt it would have been filling. At $13.48, the meal felt overpriced for what you get. In short, it’s not worth the cost if you’re looking for great flavor at a reasonable price. However, if you want to post an Instagram photo and show off a responsibly raised and sourced meal, Sweetgreen can deliver. Overall rating: 4 for the salad, 2 for the price; a solid 3."

"On 6/26/23 at approx. 3:20PM I visited the store, ordered a Guacamole Greens. The server began to prepare my salad when she approached the chicken station there were pieces of chicken outside of the chicken container, she paused my order, jokingly began to ask each of her colleagues who had made the mess of chicken, after no one took ownership for the mess, another server who was working at another section of the salad bar, approached the chicken station, said this is what you do and proceeded to pick up the chicken that had spilled out of station 's container, back in to the container for the server who was preparing my salad to use. When I protested, saying Oh no, why would you do that she replied, yup that 's what we do. This kind of behavior is unhygienic, poses food safety concerns as this server cross contaminated food served to customers, and is extremely unprofessional and disappointing. This store lost a customer!"

"While I generally love Sweetgreen and its menu, this particular location consistently fails to have orders ready on time. I work just a few blocks away and frequently order pick-up through the Sweetgreen app. At every other location, my salad is always prepared by the estimated time shown in the app. However, this hasn't been the case here. This was the sixth time I picked up a salad at this spot, and each time my order was delayed. It's frustrating to wait an extra 15-20 minutes for lunch when you're counting on a quick meal. It would be much better if the app reflected the longer preparation times at this location and provided more accurate ETAs."

"This used to be my favorite restaurant, and I even recommended it to some of my coworkers. However, during my last three visits, my salads have been quite disappointing. They lacked ingredients and felt sparse overall. Even my usual choice, the Kale Caesar, was not up to standard. So today, I decided to try something new - the Barbecue Chicken Salad. Unfortunately, halfway through, I still couldn’t find much chicken, and there were no tortillas, which were supposed to be included. I asked for medium dressing but had to go back because there was hardly any on the salad. I’m really frustrated, and though I would usually request a refund, I just don't want to go through any more disappointment. This will be my last order from this location."
