Great customer service, and wonderful salads! Love that you can adjust anything (ingredients, dressings etc). They're also so cheap!

I absolutely love this place! It's usually quite busy, but the staff is very efficient. Occasionally, they run out of certain ingredients, which can be disappointing, but I’ve never had a bad experience. The Harvest Bowl is definitely my favorite!

This location has definitely declined. I'm a big fan of Sweetgreen, but my most recent salad was quite a departure (and not in a good way) from what I've experienced here and at other Sweetgreen locations. Both my spouse and I were disappointed with our meals during our last visit. View menu

I placed my first pickup order today, set to be ready at 12:15 PM. However, at 12:40 PM, 25 minutes later than expected, I was informed that I would need to wait an additional 10 minutes for the sweet potatoes. When I requested to cancel my order so I could go elsewhere, I was directed to email corporate instead. I ended up accepting the salad as it was, without dressing and incomplete. The service was terrible.

I thoroughly enjoyed the salad I ordered; it was a generous serving and the vegetables were top-notch, along with the chicken. I liked that they asked how much vinaigrette I wanted, which added a nice personal touch. They also have some excellent choices for vegetarians. I'll definitely be back. Although it's not the cheapest option available, it was well worth it for the quality of the meal and the overall experience.

I work a couple of blocks away, and have been ordering pick up on the sweetgreen app. At every other location, my salad is always ready by the ETA in the app. But not here. This was sixth time picking up a salad at this location, and my order has been late all six times. It is inconvenient for a lunch option if you're having to wait an extra 15-20 minutes to get your salad. It would be fine if the app accounted for the extra time it takes this location to prepare orders and give a more realistic estimate.

While I generally love Sweetgreen and its menu, this particular location consistently fails to have orders ready on time. I work just a few blocks away and frequently order pick-up through the Sweetgreen app. At every other location, my salad is always prepared by the estimated time shown in the app. However, this hasn't been the case here.
