"Wife brought us carry out, after meeting her friend for lunch. The wings were of reasonable size and cooked through. The sauce was not my favorite and there wasn 't much of it. The French dip was thickly sliced roast beef. Unfortunately it 's overcooked and so dried out its inedible. It really tastes like nothing at all. One bite, that can 't be right. Dunked it in the Au Jous and it really didn 't help. Son 's sandwich was similar. He didn 't like his and asked to try mine. One bite and they both went in the trash."

"I ordered food through Uber and was extremely disappointed to find hair in it when I got home. I reached out to the restaurant for a refund, but they refused to issue one. The manager insisted it was impossible for hair to be in the food and treated me as if I was lying. I even drove 45 minutes back to the restaurant to return the food, and to my surprise, not a single employee was wearing a hairnet. The manager then acted confused about my request for a refund and even threatened to call the police—not because I was being unreasonable, but simply for wanting my money back. Imagine my frustration! It's outrageous that they denied any responsibility for the hair in my meal and then tried to intimidate me into leaving by threatening to involve the authorities. I strongly advise against eating here unless you want to deal with a company that prioritizes money over integrity and customer relationships. The food was inedible, yet I was expected to pay for it and face intimidation when asking for a refund. It’s just appalling!"

"Absolutely disgusted by your customer service I eat at this restaurant a lot and I enjoy the food. I came in this afternoon and dealt with two females that were working behind the counter. They were the most unprofessional females I've ever witnessed at a Greek restaurant there was another elderly customer that was there. Kindly was waiting on the food. They ignored her and then brought my food after patiently waiting and threw the food down. This was a specific employee, so I don't know which name it was but out of the two females, there was a taller, lighter skin female, who was absolutely rude I would never ever want to order it food as long as she ever worked there if I would recommend you fire her show her how to professionally work in an atmosphere and clean up her attitude."

"Decided to go to this location today, I've been a few times with coworkers during the week. I have mixed reviews, Challenges Ordering in the store was challenging, I had to convince the cashier I was supposed to get a side with mywrap she finally believed me after I showed her the sign. Then after getting my order I realized she left off a drink, i justgot back in line which was an additional 10 min wait to just order. The smoothie was ok however it turned to ice really fast soI realized this one is more of an icee not a smoothie. Success The wraps were really good. Both my daughter and i reallyenjoyed it. I got the buffalo chicken she got the turkey and cheese. Take away The staff is extremely friendly. To make yourvisit easier I suggest ordering through the app and maybe just get food unless you want an icee. Sometimes icee's are good."

"placed appetizer order for fried zucchini first, but the dame did not have it up to the same time as the pizza and served the zucchini sticks burned I said only take it out of order, she said no she already charged at this place as I was forced to buy the order. my wife wanted a small bowl high-time soup, but they make them buy a large container and heat up the whole thing and then give what remains of him to take home, but if they get it home, it has already been heated twice. it is under different conditions of property, and shows . also dame worker asks to let them type before I even got my burned food I had to send back and wait another half hour .and does not give the entrance with a breakdown of items only the most important high cost overall . I have a tip for you that I am not back."
