"HANDS DOWN. BEST LEGIT PHO! The broth is super good, clear, fragant, and tasty and the noodles are so fresh and soft. The slice beef is very good quality so it taste so sweet when you don't overcook it. The beef balls and tendons are also my favorites. The basil and bean sprouts are always fresh. Had it so many times and still craves for it. Just can't get enough. UPDATE: They recently expanded to next door and food taste even better. Had the Bun Bo Hue (weekends only) and it was good. The fried tofu was cripsy on outside and so juicy and moist on the inside."
