"My first and only experience here was terrible. We went in and sat down, we waited literally 30 mins and no one came over to give us menus, take our orders or even just greet us. After waiting 30 mins we walked out and called to place a to-go order. We then waited an hour in the parking lot for our food to be made. I was still trying to be hopefully for the food, but when we got it the food was also very disappointing. I got the basic chicken tenders and fries, it’s hard to mess that up, but they did. And my boyfriend got a burger (burnt) and the “poutine” fries. And it was literally FRIED cheese curds, gravy and fries. Definitely not poutine at all and didn’t taste good at all. After this whole experience of terrible service and terrible food I will never go back to this place or recommend anyone else to either."
