"I would like to say how disgusted I am with this establishment after my child (SEVEN YEARS OLD)was refused service today because she wasn't wearing a mask. I think it is absurd to force anyone into doing that but to force a child is another level of stupid I hadn't seen until now. She was offered a mask that sat in a box that everyone else in the mall had touched and handled and not one employee was wearing gloves, which I feel should be worn by anyone handling food and between each transaction but even more so if you feel you may be spreading a deadly virus. If you're going to force someone to wear a mask, please make sure that you're forcing them to wear it correctly, enforcing your employees to wash between each transaction and also enforcing them to wear their mask properly or your life saving tactics are in vain. The age for enforced mask wearing has NEVER been for children under 12 and it is disgusting that my child left crying because of some little girl on a power trip. I also requested the managers or owners contact information and was refused that information. I wanted to do this privately but unfortunately the petty little girl behind the counter forced my hand. I appreciate all of the other stores in the mall for allowing their customers to freely choose if they want to wear a mask and not forcing our babies to wear them and still serving us kindly. with J.d.
