"We decided to try this location last night because we were in the area shopping. We were told it would be a 45 minute wait so we chose to sit at the bar rather than wait. Our server was very friendly. As we were sitting there I noticed there were 5 tables that needed to be cleaned off and no one was doing so. I just assumed they were short handed just every other place you go these days. Then I looked at the hostess station up front and there are 4 girls standing up there doing absolutely nothing but chatting with each other. Then what I assume was another server from the dining room side came over to the bar and started helping the bartender tidy up her area because as he said I have no tables right now . Wait! Why are there 4 girls standing around with tables to be cleared off and there are servers with empty tables but yet there are people waiting to be seated and being told it 's a 45 minute wait. Ok maybe they were short on kitchen staff and the cooks were overwhelmed. I have worked in food services before and know this happens but the place was a mess.So we get our food finally and my fries were cold, not warm at all. My burger was a little bit warmer but not much. I told the server that brought our food and he said he would get me a new order. Well I finally got them after I had already finished my burger and paid for our ticket. They were hot but extremely greasy like they had been thrown in the fryer a second time.My honest opinion of the issue was horrible management. We won 't be going to this Red Robin again!!"
