"We decided to try this location last night because we were in the area shopping. We were told it would be a 45 minute wait so we chose to sit at the bar rather than wait. Our server was very friendly. As we were sitting there I noticed there were 5 tables that needed to be cleaned off and no one was doing so. I just assumed they were short handed just every other place you go these days. Then I looked at the hostess station up front and there are 4 girls standing up there doing absolutely nothing but chatting with each other. Then what I assume was another server from the dining room side came over to the bar and started helping the bartender tidy up her area because as he said I have no tables right now . Wait! Why are there 4 girls standing around with tables to be cleared off and there are servers with empty tables but yet there are people waiting to be seated and being told it 's a 45 minute wait. Ok maybe they were short on kitchen staff and the cooks were overwhelmed. I have worked in food services before and know this happens but the place was a mess.So we get our food finally and my fries were cold, not warm at all. My burger was a little bit warmer but not much. I told the server that brought our food and he said he would get me a new order. Well I finally got them after I had already finished my burger and paid for our ticket. They were hot but extremely greasy like they had been thrown in the fryer a second time.My honest opinion of the issue was horrible management. We won 't be going to this Red Robin again!!"

Seated right away, service was excellent, and food was tasty! Enjoyed the more expanded menu with some new items to choose from.

Sat for twenty minutes and all we ever got was our drink order taken. The server never came to take our food order and they're lucky we paid $6.49 for our two drinks. We won't be going back there anytime soon.

Ordered take out as was very very disappointed with the quality. I got the crispy chicken salad and it was not good at all. The lettuce was wilted and brown. The taste was awful. Gonna have to think twice about ever ordering again. View menu

Decent burgers. Friendly staff. Service not as expected.After receiving our food. I immediately requested a order of hot fries, and a lemonade refill. Thirty minutes pass, and we see our waitress as we're leaving. Sadly we did not receive our fresh fries, or refill.We've been to numerous Red Robin locations without any disappointments. I think we will avoid going here.

I’ve always had good service here and the food was good.I just not sure that same hype from 10+ years ago is still there Red Robin. I don’t listen to radio or watch TV, if you’re advertising on those platforms.The rewards program requires too many visits to kick in. With a family of 5 and we usually bring a couple more this is not affordable. I stopped tracking rewards.

we were hit at the door by a girl who told us all food items they were, very long list. we have entered anyway. we picked up in stock positions. good. it took more than 10 minutes to be sat once. our server has never even made eye contact. had her face in the phone/table to take our orders all the time. the place was pretty slow, many people saw. but still she had other places to be and watch. Went for a spontaneous date night with my boyfriend…on a Friday night ? Wasn’t thinking ? It was a great evening though! We spent around 40 minutes waiting, it was SUPER busy! But, the staff was SUPER sweet every single step of the way ? From the hostess to our waiter to the manager (I believe) that brought out our food when something had been wrong, every single person was so incredibly kind helpful at every moment, even though they were incredibly swamped for hours on end. Shout out to Justin, our sweet waiter, for the awesome service!! Great night, good job guys ?

the food was good. the waitress had an excellent disappearance. our food was delivered, the waitress never came back to either refill drinks or to ask if we wanted more pommes. my son and husband both went through two coks and a glass of water and both were empty for about 20 minutes. my water was empty for longer. it was never filled again. the food was good, the fish was a bit broken, but the taste was excellent. my sohn suffers from food allergies that make eating very rare for our family. we are very careful and willing to pay much more money for the waiting staff when they are attentive.
