"I travel a lot and like to try ramen from different areas. Decided to take a look at this one since it wasn't too far from where I currently was. The building itself is very clean, and the workers seem like respectable people despite barely interacting with you outside of the minimum needed to complete an order. Which I don't mind personally, but others might since it's an important part of a good restaurant. I stopped by around 1pm, and it was surprisingly empty. I ordered the Miso Ramen, my personal favorite type of ramen at the moment. The toppings looked very neat and we're placed skillfully, so I tried them first. I immediately noticed that the toppings tasted sweeter then I'm used to. I liked this! I thought it complimented the taste of miso broth quite well actually. However, the concern arose when the noodles were also quite sweet. Because of this, the first few bites tasted really good, but the more I ate the less appealing the sweetness was. It was like trying to finish an extremely rich piece of chocolate. The ramen itself wasn't all too much sweeter then I'm used to, but it was just enough that it got tiring somewhat quickly. I do think there's a lot of potential in this place, and it's good enough I thought it deserved a tip, but some slight improvements could be made. The reason I'm not bumping it down to three stars is because how well the restaurant was kept, and I can't ignore the possibility that maybe it was just my ramen that ended up with this oddly sweet taste. TL;DR Miso Ramen was very sweet, but overall not a bad place. They won't interact with you much though, but at least the place was well kept."
