"I'm not certain if the woman who was working today is new, but there was a large gentleman who usually works in the front. Today, a woman took my order and was very rude to me. I have noticed that when I order the same dish each time, the bowl is usually completely filled. However, this time my bowl was not even halfway filled and when I asked for more toppings, she told me it would cost an extra $1.50. I explained to her that usually the toppings are included in the price and my bowl is filled without any extra charge. She yelled at me and insisted that I was wrong, even though I have been a regular customer and my order has never been incomplete before. After paying, she put my change on the counter rudely instead of handing it to me. I realized that I am a paying customer and should not have to tolerate such treatment, so I returned to the restaurant to ask for a refund and I will not be returning. It seems that prices for the services have been increasing while the basic customer service has been decreasing. I will be taking my business elsewhere."

Worth the price most times, sometimes you get a little less toppings depending on the worker but the food is fresh and delicious, and the place is always clean with fast service.

Poke is one of my fav dishes. I usually go to Maui in Newark but didn’t feel like driving. Poke bros is closer. What a disappointment. Staff was rude. Staff lady didn’t even tell me how much the meal was She said enter card and walked away. No thank you…no receipt. Had an awful attitude. The Poke was not up to par. My mistake in coming here. I just ordered a few times from here and eating was always great, but I wanted to leave a review today to thank for taking zöliakie so seriously I added the psychaltar to my bowl not to realize that it had gluten, and they actually called me on the phone to tell me it contained gluten. seriously about and about, I really appreciate it, they have just made a customer for living!

The food is tasty, but the prices are expensive and the portion sizes have decreased. My $13 bowl was only half full. For instance, there were only 5 cucumber slices and about 12 edamame beans. They could at least compensate for the higher delivery costs by providing customers with more rice. Additionally, this location lacks the same loyalty program as the Glenn Mills location.
