"I had been looking forward to visiting this place for a while, so I went in with high expectations. The pizza was decent, but unfortunately, the customer service was extremely disappointing. I informed the cashier that I had been charged three times for my order and showed the evidence on my phone. I asked to speak with a manager, but he never came to talk to me. I was told that the charges would be refunded automatically overnight.
Two days later, I returned to ask to speak with the manager again. Despite my presence, he still did not come out. I was told to wait a few more days, now 3-5 business days. I ended up waiting 35 minutes in an empty restaurant and overheard staff arguing in the back.
A week later, my bank informed me that this issue needed to be resolved at the restaurant. I asked for the manager once more, but he did not appear. After some persistence, I was finally issued a refund, but when I checked, it seemed I had only been refunded once. They insisted it covered all three charges, but that wasn’t the case.
Almost two weeks later, I have yet to speak with a manager and still haven’t received the proper refund. Overall, my experience has been frustrating and unsatisfactory."
