Old Hag's Pizza And Pasta

I ordered the Eggplant Pasta served with spaghetti, and it was fantastic! The sauce and cheese were perfectly balanced. I also tried the House Salad topped with ground beef and Bleu Cheese dressing, and both dishes were delicious. I will definitely order them again!

The cashier was incredibly rude. We drove to the restaurant after the lady on the phone told us our order would be ready in 20 minutes. When we got there, the cashier informed us that the kitchen was closed and refused to serve us. I couldn’t believe the way he spoke to me—was that really necessary? I will never return to this place and won't recommend it to any of my family or friends. Proceed with caution if you consider visiting.

We were advised to try this restaurant for delivery, and since there was a $25 minimum order, we opted for a large pizza that came to $35. We expected it to be an upgrade from typical chains like John's, but unfortunately, it was a letdown. The pizza was undercooked—the cheese was only partially melted, and the crust was almost raw. Good lord I can?t describe how horrible the experience was. Why be open so late if you?re going to screw up everyone?s orders? The employees not only got our orders wrong but it took an hour to get our pizza. THEN the employees said my friend never placedan order so we had to wait an extra hour, even when we got our order the pizza was rubbery and I might as well have been eatingcardboard with cheese and sauce. I wish I could give this half a star?Worst experience ever, Domino?s would have never.

I can't even begin to express how terrible my experience was. Why stay open late if you're just going to mess up everyone’s orders? Not only did the staff get our orders wrong, but it also took an hour to receive our pizza. On top of that, they claimed my friend hadn’t placed an order, which made us wait another hour. When we finally got our food, the pizza was rubbery—like I was eating cardboard topped with cheese and sauce. I wish I could give this place half a star. It was the worst experience imaginable. Domino’s would never.

The pizza and wings here are to die for! We got the 16 inch New York Style crust Porky the Hag. This is a super rich pork pizza, with Canadian bacon, bacon, pepperoni, extra cheese and spicy pizza sauce. It was delicious! I loved the spicy sauce and the crust. Next time I might get something with veggies AND meat but like i said it was super tasty. We also got some lemon pepper boneless wings. They were also super delicious! I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. Instead of addressing the issue, the owner chose to argue with me in public, despite the fact that the problem was entirely on their end. The staff seemed to be trained to be rude and disrespectful, and the owner showed no interest in making things right for my family. I decided to give this place another chance, even after hearing numerous negative reviews from locals. Been to this place twice. Food was good and had no issues. My third time I decided to order again and as I was ordering and about to complete my purchase the system gave me an error. So I was like OK ill try it again, and I attempted to purchase again and gave me a message saying unable to complete so I decided on something else. I wake up the next morning check my account and I'm charged twice for a pizza that didn't go through. I had been looking forward to visiting this place for a while, so I went in with high expectations. The pizza was decent, but unfortunately, the customer service was extremely disappointing. I informed the cashier that I had been charged three times for my order and showed the evidence on my phone. I asked to speak with a manager, but he never came to talk to me. I was told that the charges would be refunded automatically overnight. Two days later, I returned to ask to speak with the manager again. Despite my presence, he still did not come out.
