"Armed with the knowledge of Xian cuisine after we visited and ate through Xian, China, and loving all the spices, we gave Xian Kitchen in Fremont another try. We were so happy with their delicious and authentic dishes, we have been frequent customers ofXian Kitchen for the last year. Why am I only writing a review now?! My sister and BIL from SoCal recently had to visit us. They have a favorite authentic Xian cuisine restaurant that they would drive an hour to eat at. They both announced that, drumroll please, Xian Kitchen is better! This is our goto list: crispy chicken, fried cauliflower in dry pot (lite spicy litesauce), special hot oil noodle, lamb stewed noodle, fried lamb with cumin, and, hometown style pork rouburger (no fat). Wewould love to try other dishes but these are just too good to pass!"
