"TDB is by far my favorite restaurant. However, our visit this past time was not up to par. We were there at 1 pm and the restaurant was not busy. They seemed to be pushing the cheaper cuts of meat. After the gauchos came around for about the 6th time and I only had 1 item I asked them for the picanha, flank steak and lamb chops. They were very responsive and did a very good jobbing meeting our requests. Most of the meats were very good. The leg of lamb was very gamey and not edible to me. The sausage did not appear to be the same and was not as tasty. Have they changed the sausage? The bread rolls were not up to par as well. Overall, we still enjoyed our meal, but it was concerning that we had to ask for specific cuts of meats that did not appear to be in the rotation when we were there."
